The endoscopy room of the Branch of Federal Budgetary Healthcare Institution Russian Ministry for Economic Development Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre is equipped with the state-of-the-art Olympus devices (Japan).

The following procedures are performed:

• therapeutic and diagnostic esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGDS);
• fibrocolonoscopy;
• if necessary, during the procedure the material is taken (biopsy) for cytological and histological examination, including detection of Helicobacter Pylori;
• endoscopes and tools are processed in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements using special modern washing equipment and he latest generation disinfectants. The quality of processing of endoscopes and tools is regularly monitored by the Hygienic and Epidemiological Centre of Moscow.

Endoscopic procedures are performed in a qualitative, quick and painless way. Premedication and sedation can be carried out, so that the patient does not feel any negative emotions during gastro- and colonoscopy. Fibro-esophagogastroduodenoscopy allows to examine the esophagus, stomach and duodenum to detect such diseases as hiatal hernia, gastritis, gastric duodenal ulcer, tumors.
