The department applies the following ultrasound methods:
- Ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space;
- Genitourinary ultrasound;
- Ultrasound of superficial structures (mammary glands, thyroid gland, thymus gland, salivary glands, lymph nodes);
- Ultrasound of brachycephalic vessels, vessels of upper and lower extremities;
- Ultrasound ophthalmoscopy;
- Musculoskeletal ultrasound;
- Ultrasound of joints and para-articular tissues;
- Ultrasound of abdominal and renal vessels;
- Fetal ultrasound (upon pregnancy follow-up).
The Ultrasonic Test Department carries out complete examination of children, including neurosonography, hip ultrasound.
